Our Culture

From the beginning Tony and Tillman set out to build a strong, engaged culture. Everyone is of equal value at Sydney Pain Centres, no matter whether they are a receptionist or the director of clinical services. We treat our team as adults and provide them the with scope and sport to do their work in the way they feel is most effective. We encourage everyone to look after their wellbeing, be that taking regular breaks during the day, taking annual leave, or giving themselves space and time when they are tired. We pay people well to ensure we get the best people, and we make sure that every feels their work is meaningful. Oh, and we have great Xmas parties!
