Dr Sushama Deshpande is specialist Pain Physician. She undertook fellowship training in Pain medicine at Nepean Hospital and was subsequently awarded a Fellowship in pain Medicine. She is currently a Pain Physician in the Department of Pain Medicine at Nepean Hospital. Sushama has a broad interest in chronic pain, with a particular interest in interventional management of chronic pain, neuropathic pain and cancer pain. She also specialises in intrathecal pain management, regional blocks for chronic pain, and insertion of advanced pain management devices.
